That's why I created Devine Nutrition & Strength — to help women reclaim their strength, support their metabolism, and feel confident in their changing bodies. I specialize in perimenopause and menopause coaching, and my approach is rooted in real science, not fad diets.
I hold a Masters in Public Health, am a Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Coaching Specialist, and a Level 1 CrossFit Coach. I combine this expertise with the lived experience of navigating my own body changes after kids.
